PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project involved the complete redesign and optimization of an existing Shopify store for a family-owned farm business focused on providing fresh eggs, chicken, pork, and other farm-raised products directly to local consumers. While the business already had an online presence, the website structure, customer journey, and product presentation were not effectively supporting sales growth. The goal was to transform the website into a more conversion-focused platform that clearly communicated the farm's values, showcased its products in an organized manner, and created a seamless shopping experience for customers. The redesigned website was built to improve product discovery, strengthen customer trust, and encourage more purchases through a streamlined user journey.
DESIGN & MARKETING STRATEGY
The project began with a complete Shopify website revamp focused on improving user experience and increasing conversions. The homepage was redesigned with stronger messaging, improved layouts, strategic calls-to-action, and a more structured customer journey that guides visitors toward product discovery and purchasing decisions. Product categories were reorganized, collection pages were enhanced, and a centralized Shop All experience was introduced to make browsing easier and improve overall usability.
Following the website redesign, a comprehensive Meta Ads strategy was implemented to drive qualified traffic and increase sales. Audience targeting, campaign planning, creative recommendations, video editing, caption creation, and ongoing ad management were handled to support customer acquisition and revenue growth. The website was also fully optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, ensuring a seamless shopping experience across all screen sizes.


RESULTS & IMPACT
The redesigned Shopify store provided a significantly stronger foundation for online sales by improving usability, product visibility, and overall customer experience. The updated structure helped create a more direct path from discovery to purchase while better communicating the farm's commitment to quality and locally produced products. Combined with the Meta Ads strategy, the business experienced substantial sales growth and improved advertising performance. Campaigns consistently generated profitable returns, achieving an average return on ad spend (ROAS) between 3x and 4x while supporting continued budget scaling. The result is a high-performing e-commerce platform and marketing system that continues to drive revenue growth and support the long-term success of the business.
