PROJECT OVERVIEW
Niswarth Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Siliguri, India, dedicated to supporting underprivileged and specially-abled individuals through education, healthcare initiatives, community outreach programs, and social welfare projects. The organization has positively impacted thousands of lives through disability camps, eye care initiatives, educational sponsorships, and disaster relief efforts. The objective of this project was to transform the organization's basic online presence into a modern digital platform that could effectively communicate its mission, showcase its community impact, facilitate donations, and streamline membership registrations. The website was designed to increase awareness, strengthen community engagement, and create a centralized hub for supporters, donors, volunteers, and beneficiaries.
DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT APPROACH
The project began with a complete UI/UX design process in Figma, where the website structure, content hierarchy, and user journey were carefully planned before development. The approved designs were then fully developed in WordPress using Elementor, creating a modern and professional platform that reflects the organization's mission and community impact.
Dedicated sections were created to showcase the organization's programs, disability camps, eye care initiatives, educational sponsorship efforts, and community outreach activities. A custom membership registration system and integrated donation functionality were implemented to help supporters contribute directly through the website. In addition, a categorized gallery system was developed to organize and showcase events and camps conducted across multiple locations. Advanced SEO optimization was also implemented to strengthen online visibility and improve search performance.
RESULTS & IMPACT
The completed website provided Niswarth Foundation with a powerful digital presence that effectively communicates its mission and showcases the impact of its work. Visitors can now easily learn about the organization's initiatives, explore community programs, register as members, and contribute through a seamless donation experience. By combining modern design, responsive development, donation integration, membership functionality, and advanced SEO implementation, the platform serves as both an awareness-building and fundraising tool.
