CP Real Estate is an established real estate developer based in North Bengal with a long-standing reputation for delivering residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. The objective of this project was to create a professional digital platform that would showcase the company's portfolio, highlight ongoing and completed projects, and strengthen its online presence. The website was designed to provide potential buyers and investors with easy access to project information while creating a streamlined path for lead generation. Through detailed project pages, testimonials, company information, and strategically placed inquiry forms, the platform was built to help visitors explore developments and connect directly with the sales team.
DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT APPROACH
The project began with a complete UI/UX design process in Figma, where the website structure, project presentation, and lead generation flow were carefully planned before development. The approved designs were then fully developed in WordPress using Elementor and the Hello Elementor theme, creating a modern and professional experience aligned with the company's branding and market positioning.
Dedicated pages were created for ongoing and completed developments, allowing the client to showcase project details, amenities, visuals, and key information in a structured format. Custom layouts, testimonial sections, inquiry forms, and conversion-focused calls-to-action were implemented throughout the website to encourage prospective buyers to take the next step. The website was fully optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices to ensure a seamless experience across all screen sizes.
